As Silonque Holiday Estate was established as a Sectional Title Scheme, home owners automatically become members of the Body Corporate. The Body Corporate is a legal entity made up of the registered unit owners that oversee the management and maintenance of communal areas within the scheme.
Every year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) trustees are elected from the home owners to run the Body Corporate. The current trustees are listed on the contact page.
